Terms and refunds

These terms cover the free AI Visibility Audit and the paid AI Visibility Audit Pro offered on aiaudit.ninja by Whizz People ("we", "us"). By requesting or buying an audit you agree to them.

The free audit

• It's free: no card, no trial and no invoice.
• We cap the number of free audits each week because a consultant reviews every report. If we've reached the cap, we'll tell you and offer you a place the following week.
• We aim to deliver within 48 hours of your request. Occasionally it takes longer, and if so we'll let you know.
• We may decline a request, for example if the website doesn't load, is not a business site, or the request looks automated.
• One free audit per business.

Audit Pro (£200)

• Delivered within 3 working days of payment, followed by a walkthrough call.
• Refund guarantee: if your report doesn't identify at least five concrete, actionable issues, tell us on your walkthrough call or by email within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund the full £200.
• Credit: if you start an ongoing programme with us within 30 days of delivery, the £200 is credited against it.
• UK consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days, but by asking us to start work straight away you agree that this right ends once the report is delivered. The refund guarantee above still applies.

What an audit is, and isn't

AI assistants give different answers depending on the user, location, session and model version. Our findings reflect the checks we ran at the time of your report. We can't guarantee what any AI assistant, search engine or third-party platform will say about your business in future, and following our recommendations does not guarantee any particular ranking, mention or result.

Paid implementation

The AI Visibility Fix Sprint and the ongoing programme are separate services with their own written agreement, which you'll see before you commit to anything.

Your report

Your report is yours to keep and use within your business, including sharing it with your team or another agency. Please don't resell it or republish it as your own work.

Liability

We prepare every report with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for any audit is limited to the amount you paid for it, which for the free audit is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
